Returns & Exchanges
Please note that due to a system transition we are temporarily unable to fulfil any requests for exchanges and so they will automatically refunded. We apologise for any of the delays experienced and inconvenience caused.
EUROPEAN Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your tentree product. Whilst we ensure every care is taken in packing your order please check that the items you have received are correct and that your order is complete.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 14 days to return your product for a refund or exchange.
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Returned item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity, soiled, or damaged in any way and must be 'as sold'. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we will return it to you.
- You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 14-day policy.
- Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
- The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our warehouse is in receipt of the goods.
- All returns must be sent using the return form included with your original delivery. If you have lost your original returns form, you can download a new one here.
- All returns must include your ‘TEU... or TDE...’ order reference number and any applicable contact information, either on the outer package, or enclosed alongside the item. Please note, your order number begins with ‘TEU... or TDE...’. Failure to add this may result in a delay in processing your return and refund.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account of the original payment method.
*Please note all returns are at the customer’s own cost.* We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
- Please note, exchanges are subject to availability.
- Customers exchanging goods will not be charged the delivery charge on their new order.
- If your requested exchange is not in stock, we will process a refund for your item(s) as per our standard returns policy.
- If your requested item(s) is in stock on our website, please place a new order for the item(s). This will guarantee you receive the size/ style you require. Then please return your original item(s) free of charge for a full refund.
*Please note we will only be able to exchange your product for a different size or colour in the same style.*
Please allow up to 5 working days for your exchange to be dispatched.
- Gift Exchanges - If you are returning a gift that you have received and would like to exchange it, we can only exchange for the same item in a different size/ colour, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund for your item(s) as per our standard returns policy to the original buyer.
